City of Helsinki environmental report

The City of Helsinki environment report is a joint report by the City Group that describes the implementation of the city's environmental objectives and the impact of its operations on the environment. The information from the environmental report is reported annually to the City Council in support of decision-making. The environment report is also a follow-up report of the City of Helsinki's environmental policy. The environmental report can be found at julkaisut.hel.fi.

The report, compiled and submitted by the environmental management team of the Urban Environment Division, has produced data from all four branches of the city, five business institutions, the city office and the inspectorate. The urban group also includes a total of 77 foundations and subsidiary entities, of which a total of 60 submitted information to the environmental report.

The data will be updated in September of the following year for data in the year to be reported.
