User survey results of the open data service of Helsinki Metropolitan Area

Open data service of Helsinki Metropolitan Area, Helsinki Region Infoshare (hri.fi), conducts an annual survey of the use of open data available through the service. The survey inquires about how open data has been used, which formats have been used and asks for suggestions to improve the distribution of open data.

The survey has been conducted for five consecutive years (2020-2024). The content of the survey has remained the same these years. The surveys were advertised in hri.fi, social media channels, as well as in the newsletter. Online surveys were available for participation

The anonymised responses to the survey are provided in a single file. Responses from different years can be distinguished between each other based on the value of the “Vuosi” (year) column.
