Pothole on the street? Playground swings broken? Scrap vehicle in a dangerous place? Metro newspaper and the City of Helsinki are testing out a new feedback channel. Through the Metro fiksaa service anyone can report faults such as a bumpy road or a broken traffic sign. The reports are automatically submitted to the City of Helsinki. The feedback channel makes it easy to monitor the status of submitted reports, as well as the answers the City of Helsinki provides.

The Metro fiksaa service is a part of the European Commission funded CitySDK project. The purpose of the project is to bring city feedback channels closer to residents. The project is carried out together by Forum Virium Helsinki, City of Helsinki, Metro and in close cooperation with the international partner network.

The project's website can be found @ http://www.citysdk.eu

The app is no longer available.
