Completed apartments in 2024 and 2025 is dataset with point-shaped spatial information covering 14 municipalities in the Helsinki region (Espoo, Helsinki, Kauniainen, Vantaa, Hyvinkää, Järvenpää, Kerava, Kirkkonummi, Mäntsälä, Nurmijärvi, Pornainen, Sipoo, Tuusula and Vihti). The Helsinki Region Environmental Services Authority (HSY) has collected the data from municipalities in the springs of 2025 and 2026 as part of the follow-up of the Helsinki region MAL agreement. This data is part of the 2024-2027 MAL agreement period, which will be completed in 2028.

The coordinate system of the dataset is ETRS-GK25.
