The Issue Reporting API of the City of Espoo

You can use the feedback API to retrieve feedback data of the City of Espoo in a uniform format. You can search the API based on, for example, the date, location and keywords. The API data is updated once a day.

The API complies with the international Open311 standard.

The feedback API is bi-directional, so you can also provide feedback through it. An API key has been defined for the feedback service, which can be requested at marita.lainen [at] espoo.fi.
