The dataset includes the City of Helsinki Social Services’ performance data from 2012-2020. The data is presented on customers, services (visit, contact, day of stay, day of treatment, working day, etc.) and places, broken down into in-house and purchase services. The information is presented for the whole city.
As a rule, the classification of the data follows the service classification of the Social Services Department for the year in question. Numbers in front of sectors and service forms are numbers in the service classification. The first two digits of the sub-service form refer to a sector. Some services have a more detailed classification than the service classification.
The data maintenance and statistical services of the Department of Social Services and Health Care are responsible for the implementation of the performance publication.
