Covid-19 statistics of the city of Kauniainen include data on test rates for corona disease caused by the Covid-19 virus, as well as confirmed infections in 2020-2022.

Statistics have been collected on the amounts (pcs) of official corona tests conducted and their results (positive or negative) at weekly and monthly levels as aggregated data.

In addition, the statistics show detected infections (pcs) by age group at weekly and monthly levels as aggregated data. The age groups are 0-19 years old, 20-59 years old and over 60 years old. In addition the data contains a column "tyhjä/ei tietoa" ("blank/no information") which means that the age of the infected has not been able to be verified.

For data privacy reasons, the values from 0 to 4 have been replaced by “alle 5” (“less than 5”).

The data is compiled manually from the reports used by the Kauniainen Infectious Disease Team. The HAAVI software service of the HUS Helsinki University Hospital has been used as the source of data.

The statistics were extracted at the end of August 2022.
