The dataset contains answers to a survey regarding the use of the Helsinki Region Infoshare service (HRI) which is an open data service owned by the cities of the Helsinki Metropolitan Area. The survey was targeted to the employees of the City of Helsinki. The survey was conducted between 20 April to 12 May 2023 as an online survey and answers were anonymous. The survey was distributed on the city's intranet and to supervisors by e-mail. Answers to the survey were especially requested from supervisors.
198 responses were received to the survey. 86% of the respondents were supervisors, 10% experts and 4% working in other roles.
A similar survey is planned to conduct for the employees of the cities of Espoo, Vantaa and Kauniainen during the years 2023-2024. The survey is planned to re-conduct every second year in the future.
The answers to the survey will be taken into account in the further development of the HRI service.
