Come and hear how algorithms and software like IBM Watson understand free text and can make suggestions to us based on it. In the speech, Sara shows how Watson “reads” feedback from the City of Helsinki (open data) and mines the findings from the text (“content mining”). Today's tools allow the so-called citizen analyst to find insights without the need to code.
