City of Helsinki youth department subsidies

Grants awarded by the Youth Sub-committee of the City of Helsinki Culture and Leisure Committee in 2002-2020. The dataset includes information on the beneficiary of the grant, the form of association, the location, the type of grant with its intended purpose, the amount of the grant sum awarded and the year. From 2023 onwards, grants awarded by the City of Helsinki are opened in the same dataset.

The grants are awarded in accordance with the grant regulations of the Youth Sub-committee of the Culture and Leisure Committee, which includes the updated grant criteria, for example, with regard to the types of grants. Depending on the beneficiary, the location information is either a facility or an operating area.

Grants are awarded for the activities of youth associations and youth activity groups in Helsinki. The data is updated once a year.

The encoding of the CSV file encoding is in UTF-8 format and the columns are separated by semicolons.
