Housing production in the Helsinki region 2016-2019

Started and completed apartments in 2016-2019 is dataset with point-shaped spatial information covering 14 municipalities in the Helsinki region (Espoo, Helsinki, Kauniainen, Vantaa, Hyvinkää, Järvenpää, Kerava, Kirkkonummi, Mäntsälä, Nurmijärvi, Pornainen, Sipoo, Tuusula and Vihti).

The Helsinki Region Environmental Services Authority (HSY) has collected the data from the municipalities in the spring of 2017-2019 as part of the follow-up of the Helsinki region MAL agreement. Housing production data for 2019 was added to the data in 2020.

The coordinate system of the dataset is ETRS-GK25.
